'Cat' has been a member of F&C CC since 1999 joining as an U15 and has turned himself into a regular umpire and occasional wicket-keeper batsman. Acquiring his nickname after a particularly less-than-impressive display behind the sticks against Aldershot, he became the regular 1st choice wicket-keeper batsman initially for the 4ths (a key member of the championship winning side of 2004) and more recently the 3rds. Often gaining more exposure for his exploits off the field rather than on it (1 night in The Crown springs to mind) he has perfected the art of turning wicketkeeping into a one-man comedy show. N.B.
